Returns Policy

No claim of any kind whatsoever shall be entertained by Northwest Hardware in respect of allegedly faulty goods or goods other than ordered unless received in writing within 3 days of receipt by the customer. Northwest Hardware will not accept any goods returned to their premises unless prior authorization has been given and a returns note has been issued. A handling charge of 20% of the net cost will be applied on goods that are being returned by the customer due to the customer error in ordering (please read the Technical Help page carefully to prevent this), the customer will also be charged for the return carriage.

The customer must notify Northwest Hardware in writing within 7 working days of delivery if the goods have been ordered incorrectly by the customer. The customer is responsible for ensuring that all products authorized to be returned to Northwest Hardware are packaged to protect against damage during the return transit. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the second part of the Northwest Hardware's returns note is enclosed with the product being returned.

Special order items are exempt from all returns.
