Roto Tilt Safe Tilt & Turn Handle - Locking

The handle can be locked in the closed position and when unlocked, the handle moves freely to 90° to the tilt position. The turn position is accessed by a simple quarter turn of the key while operating the handle. The handle automatically returns to the tilt safe position when the window is closed.
