Fab & Fix Haven Intelligent Strength Composite Door Hinge (Pack of 3)

A high quality 2D flag hinge from Fab & Fix featuring security anti-lift pin. This composite door flag hinge is reversible and has a +/-5mm horizontal adjustment and +/-1.5mm compression adjustment to allow for final tweaking and alignment. Designed for composite and timber doors and sash plate detail is compatible with all composite slabs.

- Designed for flush doors i.e. Timber and Composite Door styles

- Extensively used in the composite door industry

- Simple to fit, jig available

- Up to 10mm horizontal adjustment, 6mm Height, +/- 1.5mm Compression

- Can be routed or face fixed to edge of sash

- Secured by design

- 30kg sash weight load per hinge. Tested with 4 hinges & will support 120kg door.

- Tested to 200,000 cycles.

- All finishes salt spray tested to 480 hours (BS EN 1670: Class 5).
