Suitable for timber, aluminium and timber/aluminium composite outward opening windows which incorporate grooves in the sash and frame to fit the hardware.
The robust system has been designed with multi-storey public and commercial buildings in mind, including hotels. Equally suitable for high-rise domestic applications, the hardware solution is ideal for situations in which safe control of the opening is necessary.
This variant of the UNI range is capable of achieving emergency escape (providing that all relevant building regulations are met). Adjustable friction is built into the Projecting Top Hung variant for flexible control of opening.
The sash and frame detail are the same for all window PN UNI variants, allowing styles to be fitted without changing profile routing. This ensures a uniform aesthetic appearance on all window styles.
