Giesse Flash XL Door Hinge

Hinge suitable for doors subject to frequant use (use category 4* - heavy duty) with high resistance to wear and fatigue (durabilty Grade 7* - 200,000 test cycles).

The fixing plate, with special shaping guarantee a total grip on both sides of the raceway of the profile. The pin is easily removed to remove the door without lifting (eg. Installation in limited space). 

Adjustments to port installed in two directions:
- Side adjustment (+1mm) by turning the eccentric bush of the hinge leaf, using the special key art.
- Height adjustment (-2/+4mm) is carried out using block lifting door (art. 00570 - available separately), to be postioned at the upper hinge side door.
