UPVC Safety Bar

The Safe T Bar is a security device designed specifically for PVCu doors. It has the same purpose as conventional door safety chains - allowing the occupant to see the person wishing to enter the home before fully opening the door. It benefits from increased strength, an ease of use and a shaping styling, which complements existing products within the range - such as the Sash Jammer.
The Safe T Bar is non-handed, suitable for open in or open out doors. Packers are supplied to compensate for differing heights between leaf and jamb profiles.
One part fits onto the opening sash of the door with two screws (do not fix in a position where there may be a gearbox of the mechanism behind) and the other part fixes to the door frame with two screws.
